Health Isn’t Always Adding More

Lately, I’ve been thinking about how often health and wellness are framed as “more.”
More routines. More products. More upgrades. More pressure.

But I’m realizing that health isn’t always about adding.
Sometimes it’s about subtracting — noise, excess, and expectations that don’t serve us.

Choosing less can feel uncomfortable in a world that profits from more.
But it can also feel grounding, calming, and sustainable.

I’m choosing a quieter version of health.
One that feels aligned with my body, my values, and my life.
